Transfer

Transfer Euro 60,00

The transfer’s price is for a single person, round trip. Transfer will be organized from Bari Airport and from Foggia Railway Station to Pugnochiuso (and viceversa) only on May 17 and on May 21.
Make sure you book your transfer when completing your online registration.
Participants are kindly requested to indicate arrival and departure time in order to better organize the service.

Make sure to have your reservation done by April 18, 2008: after this date rooms are not guaranteed. A confirmation will be sent for your reservation

The total pre-payment of mininum 4 nights (arrival May 17, departure May 21) and a booking fee of Euro 20,00 per room are requested. The prices are expressed in Euros and are intended for full boarding.

Working lunch

Working lunch Euro 35,00 only for registrants who have not booked their hotel accommodation with us. Registrants who made their reservation through our Agency do not have to pay for it as lunch is included in their full boarding hotel accommodation.

Registration Fee
Cancellation received in writing by the Victory Project Congressi Srl at secretariat@bic2008.org by March 31 2008 will be subject to a 30% penalty. No refund will be given after this date.

No refund will be given for hotel rates.
